Today marks one year in our cute little Beaverdale brick. I’m not gonna lie, I’m so happy not to be schlepping boxes, cleaning, unpacking, and putting together a house this weekend! But it’s fun to look back and see how far we’ve come in turning our house into a home!
We were lucky and didn’t have to do any major remodeling when we moved in. There was no wood paneling, dated wallpaper, or shag carpet. The biggest thing we had to do was get furniture to fill it up! And the roof, which we just had to pay for!
Painting the living room and dining room was probably the biggest thing we did inside. Outside, the garden was our biggest accomplishment. It wasn’t huge this year, but we did have green peppers, tomatoes, and zucchini!
I can’t wait to start planting this year!
