Invest in Your Marriage: Serve Your Husband

Are you willing to spend a month investing in your marriage? I shared how encouraging Ashley Urke's (Domestic Fashionista) series on serving your husband was last fall, so I was super excited when I learned she was turning it into a devotional e-book!

Serving My Husband devotional

Even if you already read the series, it's worth getting the devotional. She has added new content so each day includes thought-provoking questions and insightful Scripture to go along with the topics. It's a great format to do on your own or with a small group of women.

Ashley is one of those bloggers who I am always encouraged by and feel like we would be friends in real life. If I'm ever in Northern California I will definitely look her up (and if you're ever in the Midwest, let me know!) I am excited and honored to support her latest e-book (she also wrote 31 Days of Creative Homemaking for the modern woman) and see how God uses her passion for her marriage and her home to encourage other women. The e-book is $5.99 and she also has an option to buy a paperback version for $9.99! Click here to view more details.

Topics covered in the book include finances, intimacy, and being your husband's friend and support. I truly believe there's something for every married couple in this book whether you've been married a week or decades! You won't be disappointed if you take the time to go through the book and invest in your marriage.

Has anyone else ever written an e-book? After reading both of Ashley's, I'm kind of getting the itch to do one myself. And now that I've mentioned it here, I feel like it's not just in my head anymore and it might actually happen. I'll keep you posted!

I hope you take a minute to check out this encouraging devotional and consider spending the next month investing in your marriage! I'd love to hear what you think! To celebrate the release of her book, Ashley is posting about marriage all week over at Domestic Fashionista, make sure to check it out!

Thanks so much for your kind words Andrea!  You yourself are an inspirational wife and I am so glad we share a similar passion for marriage.  xoxo
