Let’s face it, summer stinks! Not in the bummer/ lame sort of way, but in the hot, sticky, my husband’s workout socks sort of way. And let me tell you in 550 sq feet you notice these things! A couple weeks ago on Pinterest I found a darling natural air freshener that would tend to mother nature’s offensive smells.
Lucky for me the Pinterest had tracked my pin to the original source, The Imperfect Homemaking that had a complete recipe for this simple, eco-friendly deodorizer: 1/4 cup baking soda and 6-8 drops of essential oil. It's that simple!I grabbed a canning jar and used an essential oil blend of peppermint and rosemary designed to energize.
I covered the top with scrap of fabric and screwed the top ring back in place.
