What a beautiful week! I’m pretty sure I say this every year, but spring is the best! This week all the flowering trees are blooming and so are my tulips!
Now that we can play outside and take walks and go to the park, I don’t know how we survived the winter when we were stuck inside all the time.
Here’s what I’ve been reading/doing this week:
My Bible study just started reading this book about Ruth. I love how in-depth it is! It has a video to go along with it and study questions in the back, which is always nice when you’re doing a group study.
I love Madison’s honesty in this post about how being a mom reveals our selfish nature
I read this awesome post about remembering to tell our husband’s we love them twice! And if you don’t have time to read the post, tell your husband you love him!
There are plenty of reasons not to date your husband, but that doesn’t matter. Investing in your relationship has to be a priority!
I loved this article from Relevant Magazine about marriage and parenting. Parenting is hard, which is why it’s more important than ever to make your marriage a priority when you have kids!
I keep seeing people post pictures and recipes for acai bowls, and they look delicious. I’m intrigued. Has anyone tried them? Maybe it’s worth a trip to Whole Foods to get some.
I finally finished reading All the Light We Cannot See (I highly recommend it! Even though it took me 2 months to get through it, the language is beautiful and the story captured my attention) and was ready for something completely different, so I downloaded this for my Kindle.
We will be spending our Sunday nights for the next couple months watching Game of Thrones on HBO NOW. Any other fans?
Have a fantastic weekend! And be sure to check back next week for a fun series I’ve been working on for a while that I’m finally ready to share!
I’m linking up with Christa over at Brown Sugar Toast. Be sure to check out her Friday Favorites. I always find good things over there!
