Friday Top 5: $10 Projects

by Andrea Cooley

Anyone else feeling the need for a quick, cheap, project pick me up?  Here are a few quick cheep projects we’ve delighted in over the last year.

1. Burlap Wreath

Andrea’s great fall creation is beautiful all year round.  I love the simple elegance of those gentle folds of burlap all by themselves, but you could always dress it up by pinning a little seasonal greenery or blooms to make it really stand out.

2. Sconce Refresh

What a great $6 upgrade!  I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, never underestimate the power of a little paint!

3. Cork Planters

Yep still obsessing over this charmers, I’m very tempted to bust out my knife or drill this weekend to give this sweet planters a try.

4. Touch of Green

Now this is a project even I can do in my delicate state!  With threats of snow storms over the next few days this little project might find it’s way onto my weekend ‘must do’ list to remind me spring is not that far off.

5. Painted Ladies

These bold vases that Andrea painted last summer defiantly put me in the color happy mood!
